Welcome to the official Fees and Levies Payment Portal of Niger Delta University (hereafter referred to as "the Portal"). The Portal is developed and managed by Teesoft Innovations (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using this Portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with any payment.
1.1 The Portal is provided as a platform for students, guardians, and sponsors to pay fees and levies to Niger Delta University.
1.2 All fees and levies collected through the Portal are remitted directly to Niger Delta University. Teesoft Innovations only acts as an intermediary for the collection and processing of payments.
1.3 In addition to the university fees, a system charge is applied to each payment to cover the operational and management costs.
2.1 Users can make payments via the available payment methods, including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other supported channels.
2.2 System charges for payment processing are non-refundable and will be collected alongside the university fees and levies. These charges are used for maintaining and servicing the Portal.
2.3 It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all payment information is accurate before proceeding. Teesoft Innovations and Niger Delta University are not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect payment details provided by the user.
3.1 By using the Portal, users confirm that they are either the student, guardian, or an authorized party making payments on behalf of the student.
3.2 Users must not use the Portal for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
3.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities conducted under their account.
4.1 All payments made through the Portal are final once processed. Refund requests related to university fees and levies must be directed to Niger Delta University following their refund policy.
4.2 System charges paid to Teesoft Innovations are non-refundable as they cover the service and management costs.
5.1 Teesoft Innovations provides the Portal on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Portal will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from unauthorized access.
5.2 Teesoft Innovations will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal.
5.3 In the event of payment errors caused by technical issues on the Portal, Teesoft Innovations will work to resolve such issues promptly. However, we will not be held liable for any delays or losses resulting from these errors.
6.1 The information collected from users during the payment process, including personal and financial information, is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6.2 Teesoft Innovations ensures the protection of all user data by implementing industry-standard security measures. However, users acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted via the Portal.

7.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Portal. Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly for any updates.
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
